Refund policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will only be processed if the course is canceled by QuixGrow.
Refunds may be considered if a student is unable to attend a course due to genuine reasons such as illness, provided a valid medical certificate is submitted.

2. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the course start date.
Requests should be made in writing via email at quixgrow@gmail.com.
Include the course details (course name, date of enrollment) and reason for requesting a refund.

3. Refund Timeframe

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

After the 7-day period, no refunds will be granted.
No refunds will be issued for courses that have already been completed or for sessions attended.
If the student violates the terms of service, including misconduct or disruption, the refund will not be processed.

5. Cancellations by QuixGrow

If QuixGrow cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the students.
Students will be notified promptly in case of any cancellation, and all fees will be refunded.

6. Course Transfer

Students may request to transfer to another batch or course instead of requesting a refund. Transfer requests must be made before the course start date.

7. Refund Method

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during registration.
In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, an alternate method will be discussed with the student.
